Pre Opening Information
We are pleased that you have selected Pools Plus to be your partner in getting your backyard oasis ready for your spring and summer plans! We know that this is more than just a pool for you. This is about celebrations, cookouts, new memories, laughter, relaxation, fun and maybe even a little fitness! We take our task at hand very seriously, that’s why you can count on Pool’s Plus to treat your pool like it were our own!
With that in mind, we have a few reminders for what we need you to do prior to our arrival for your scheduled pool opening.
Please remember to:
1. Fill your pool with water to normal operating level
2. Drain water and clear debris from cover
3. Make sure your baskets, ladders, handrails, diving board, etc are accessible to your pool opening crew.
As always, you can count on our service team members to be on time, focused on your pool and available to address any of your questions or needs!
Because we want your pool to be in it’s best condition as soon as possible, we would be happy to deliver water care products for your season’s usage while we are opening your pool and would like to offer a 10% discount on anything delivered to you at this time. We have made a quick "inventory checklist" to help you survey what you have and what you may need.
