Pools Plus won 2 International Awards of Excellence in 2005. These prestigious awards are given annually at the International Pool and Spa Exposition. A panel of judges selected by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals reviews hundreds of entries and selects winners. We are proud to have received two awards and the winning entries can be seen below.

Each year, AQUA Magazine publishes profiles of the top 100
spa and pool dealers in the country. These outstanding companies
are chosen not by their size or sales volume, but by the overall
professionalism they display in the areas of customer service,
store design, product knowledge, craftsmanship and
advertising/promotion. Dealers nominate themselves by
submitting a comprehensive entry packet that demonstrates why
they deserve AQUA 100 recognition. The winners are determined by a
panel of judges comprised of executives from
AQUA 100 Hall of Fame companies.
Hall of Fame inductees are those companies that have been
named to the AQUA 100 list five consecutive years or
eight years overall.
Pools Plus, Inc. has won the Aqua 100 award the past four consecutive years.

2002 Small Business Person of the Year

In order to be elected Small Business of the Year by the
Elizabethtown-Hardin County Chamber of Commerce; you must
be a member of the Chamber and be nominated by the membership
and the public. Reasons for nominations include criteria such as
the company’s longevity in the community, continued growth,
customer service, and participation in community events and
support of community projects. Fred and Linda Butler were awarded
the Small Business Person of the Year Award in 2002 for their
contribution to their community and their commitment
to their customers.
